基于数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗帕金森病抑郁用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台探讨中医药治疗帕金森病抑郁(DPD)的组方用药规律。方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方,时间为建库至2023年2月,收集中医药治疗DPD的相关文献,应用中医传承辅助平台V2.5对其用药规律进行分析。结果:最终纳入方剂88首,涉及中药133味,治疗帕金森病抑郁的高频药物有白芍、柴胡、甘草、熟地黄、当归和天麻;药物的四气分布以温、寒为主;五味分布以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以肝、脾、肾为主;“白芍-柴胡”“甘草-白芍”“熟地黄-白芍”为常用药对;并通过聚类分析得到4个新方组合。结论:中医药治疗DPD以调和阴阳为原则,治以滋补肝肾、平肝熄风、理气解郁为主,根据疾病的发展,辨证用药。通过数据挖掘得到4个新组方,可为临床治疗本病提供思路。Objective:To explore the prescription and medication rules of Chinese medicine for treating depression in Parkinson's disease based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Methods:The databases of CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang were retrieved from the founding of the databases to February 2023 to collect relevant literature on the treatment of depression in Parkinson's disease with Chinese medicine,and analyze their medication rules using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5.Results:Finally,a total of 88 prescriptions were included,involving 133 Chinese medicinals.The high-frequency medicinals used to treat depression in Parkinson's disease include Paeoniae Radix Alba,Bupleuri Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Gastrodiae Rhizoma.The four qi distribution of medicinals was mainly warm and cold.The five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,and acrid.The main meridians were liver,spleen,and kidney.The combination of“Paeoniae Radix Alba-Bupleuri Radix”,“Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Paeoniae Radix Alba”,and“Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata-Paeoniae Radix Alba”were commonly used couplet medicines,and four new combinations were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusion:Based on theprinciple of harmonizing yin and yang,Chinese medicine treating depression in Parkinson's disease mainlyfocuses on enriching and nourishing the liver and kidney,calming the liver and extinguishing wind,andrectifying qi to resolve constraint.According to the development of the disease,medication is used basedon syndrome differentiation.The four new formulas obtained through data mining can provide ideas forclinical treatment of this disease.
