舒眠胶囊联合佐匹克隆治疗失眠症疗效观察及对睡眠质量、心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察舒眠胶囊联合佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的疗效及对睡眠质量、心理状态的影响。方法:选取106例失眠症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组各53例。对照组接受佐匹克隆片治疗,试验组接受舒眠胶囊联合佐匹克隆片治疗。2组均连续治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、甲状腺功能指标值[三碘甲状腺氨酸(T_(3))、甲状腺素(T_(4))、甲状腺激素(TSH)]的变化。结果:试验组临床疗效总有效率为96.23%,对照组总有效率为84.91%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、PSQI评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),试验组中医证候积分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SAS评分、SDS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),试验组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组T_(3)、T_(4)、TSH指标值均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),试验组T_(3)、T_(4)、TSH指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒眠胶囊联合佐匹克隆片治疗失眠症疗效确切,有利于缓解临床症状,改善患者心理状态与睡眠质量,有效调节甲状腺激素水平。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shumian Capsules combined with Zopiclone Tablets for insomnia and its effect on sleep quality and psychological state.Methods:A total of 106 patients with insomnia were selected and divided into the control group and the trial group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zopiclone Tablets,and the trial group was treated with Shumian Capsules combined with Zopiclone Tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.The changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores],psychological state[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],and thyroid function index values[triiodothyronine(T_(3)),thyroxine(T_(4)),and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)]before and after treatment,as well as the clinical effects were compared in the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 96.23%in the trial group,and 84.91%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and PSQI scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with thosebefore treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score and PSQI score in the trial group were lowerthan those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups weredecreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the trialgroup were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the T_(3),T_(4),and TSH indexvalues in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and theT_(3),T_(4),and TSH index values in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shumian Capsules and Zopiclone Tablets has a definite curative effect on insomnia,which isbeneficial for alleviating clinical symptoms,improving the psychological state and sleep quality of patients,and effectively regulating
