摘　　要：目的:探讨姑息性手术疗法在胰腺癌晚期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于南方医科大学第十附属医院接受治疗的72例胰腺癌晚期患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予姑息性手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、生存率、不良反应发生情况及生活质量评分。结果:观察组疾病控制率高于对照组(P=0.025);观察组治疗3、6、12个月后生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组认知功能、角色功能、躯体功能、整体功能、情绪功能、社会功能评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:姑息性手术疗法在胰腺癌晚期患者中的应用效果较好,能提高患者的生存率,改善其生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of palliative surgical treatment in patients with advanced pancreatic can-cer.Methods:A total of 72 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who were treated in the Tenth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy and the observation group was treated with palliative surgery.The treatment effect,survival rate,adverse reactions and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The disease control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.025).The survival rate in the observation group after 3,6 and 12 months of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of cognitive function,role function,physical function,global function,emotional func-tion and social function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative surgical treatment in patients with advanced pancreatic can-cer has a good application effect,and can increase the survival rate and improve quality of life of patients with a high safety.
