摘　　要：目的:探讨鳖甲煎丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果。方法:将2023年5月—2024年5月安阳市第五人民医院收治的非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者70例以抽签法随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊联合生活方式管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予鳖甲煎丸治疗。对比两组脂质代谢及肠道菌群情况。结果:治疗后,两组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平提升,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平提升,大肠埃希菌、肠球菌水平下降,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果较好,不仅可改善患者脂质代谢水平,还可调节其肠道菌群。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Biejia decoction pill combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:From May 2023 to May 2024,70 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Anyang were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules combined with lifestyle management,while the observation group was given Biejia decoction pill on the basis of the control group.Lipid metabolism and intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of triglycerides,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased in the two groups,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased,while the levels of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus decreased in the two groups,and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biejia decoction pill combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules has better clinical effects in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and can improve the lipid metabolism level of patients,and also regulate their intestinal flora.
