血清同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体(D-D)在急性脑梗死(ACI)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—12月高州市中医院收治的60例ACI患者为研究组,选取同期进行常规体检的60例健康志愿者为对照组,检测所有研究对象的血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D水平,对比两组及研究组不同梗死面积患者的Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D水平,分析血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D对ACI的诊断效能。结果:研究组Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D水平高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组大面积梗死患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D水平高于小面积梗死患者(P<0.001)。血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D联合检测诊断ACI的效能高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D联合诊断ACI的效能较高,可作为ACI患者的临床诊断与病情评估指标。Objective:To analyze the application value of serum homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and D-dimer(D-D)in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:Sixty patients with ACI admitted to Gaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study group,and 60 healthy volunteers who underwent routine physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum Hcy,hs-CRP,D-D levels were tested on all subjects.The levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D between two groups and in patients with different infarction areas in the study group were compared.The diagnostic efficacy of serum Hcy,hs-CRP,D-D for ACI was analyzed.Results:The levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D in patients with large infarction area in the study group were higher than those in patients with small infarction area(P<0.001).The diagnostic efficacy of combined testing of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D for ACI was higher than that of single testing(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combined testing of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and D-D has a high efficacy in the diagnosis of ACI,and can be used as a clinical diagnosis and condition evaluation index for ACI patients.
