摘 要:目的:探究肌电生物反馈疗法联合肌力训练在痉挛型脑瘫(SCP)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年6月于广州康复实验学校康复部收治的60例SCP患儿进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予常规康复训练联合肌电生物反馈疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合肌力训练。比较两组运动功能、肌张力分级、平衡能力、步行耐力和能量消耗。结果:干预后,两组上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组肌张力评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组;两组平衡能力评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组6min步行距离长于干预前,且观察组长于对照组(P<0.05);两组生理消耗指数均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈疗法联合肌力训练在SCP患儿中的应用效果显著,能够改善患儿的运动功能、下肢肌张力及平衡能力,增强步行耐力,减少能量消耗。Objective:To study the application effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with muscle strength training in children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods:A total of 60 SCP children admitted to Department of Rehabilitation at Guangzhou Experimental School of Rehabilitation from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training and electromyographic biofeedback therapy,and the observation group received muscle strength training on the basis of the control group.Motor function,muscle tone grading,balance ability,walking endurance,and energy expenditure were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the muscle tone scores in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the grading in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The balance ability scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 6-min walking distance in the two groups was longer than that before intervention,and this index in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The physiological consumption index in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and this index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with muscle strength training in children with SCP has a significant effect,and can improve motor function,lower limb muscle tone and balance ability of children,enhance walking endurance and reduce energy ex
