摘 要:铁死亡是基于细胞正常死亡之外的另一种死亡方式,受到多种细胞代谢途径的调控,其可引起体内多种器官损伤和退行性病变,已逐渐成为研究的热点。代谢、信号通路、内质网应激、免疫细胞等均可影响铁死亡的发生,铁死亡所诱导的血视网膜破坏在自身免疫性葡萄膜炎疾病中发挥着重要作用,探究铁死亡在自身免疫性葡萄膜炎中对血视网膜调控机制的成分,能寻找针对性的药物靶点,从而为后续研究自身免疫性葡萄膜炎的诊疗提供新的研究思路。Iron death is an alternative to normal cell death and is regulated by a variety of cellular metabolic pathways.Iron death has become a hot topic of research because it can cause damage to various organs and degenerative diseases in the body.Metabolism,signalling pathways,endoplasmic reticulum stress,and immune cells can all affect the occurrence of iron death,and the blood-retina destruction induced by iron death plays an important role in autoimmune uveitis.Exploring the components of the blood-retina regulatory mechanism of iron death in autoimmune uveitis can lead to the search for targeted drug targets,which can provide a new research idea for the subsequent study of the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune uveitis.
