摘　　要：党的十八大首次把立德树人确立为教育的根本任务,立德树人是高等教育事业持续发展的根本出发点。当前部分大学生道德素质和法律素养不容乐观,新时代“德法共育”推进高校立德树人迫在眉睫。“德法共育”是我国高等教育的内在要求,是新时代大学生成长成才的现实需要,更是新时代应对解决新矛盾新问题的关键措施。本文从推进高校立德树人根本任务的角度出发,探讨以“德法共育”推进高校立德树人的具体实践路径。通过研究“德法共育”的内涵特征,找出“德法共育”推进高校立德树人根本任务的具体实践路径,充分发挥主渠道、主阵地作用,加强互联网载体宣传,突出专业教师引领以及高校管理育人实践,将“德法共育”贯穿于全过程,全方位,由此促进大学生“德法兼修”,实现高校立德树人的目标,为高校实施德法共育提供实践经验与指导。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established moral cultivation as the fundamental task of education for the first time,and moral cultivation is the fundamental starting point for the sustainable development of higher education.At present,the moral quality and legal accomplishment of some college students are not optimistic,and it is urgent to promote the“German and law co-education”in the new era.“German and French co-education”is the internal requirement of China’s higher education,the realistic need of college students to grow and become talented in the new era,and the key measure to deal with new contradictions and problems in the new era.From the Angle of promoting the fundamental task of cultivating talents in universities,this paper discusses the concrete practical path to promote the cultivation of talents in universities by“German and French co-education”.By studying the connotation and characteristics of“German-law co-education”,the paper finds out the specific practical path for“German-law co-education”to promote the fundamental task of cultivating students in colleges and universities,gives full play to the role of the main channel and main position,strengthens the publicity of Internet carrier,highlights the guidance of professional teachers and the practice of university management and education,and penetrates“German-law co-education”throughout the whole process and in all aspects,thus promoting college students to“cultivate both morality and law”.To achieve the goal of cultivating people by virtue and providing practical experience and guidance for the implementation of German-French coeducation in colleges and universities.
