摘　　要：黄河文化作为中华民族的根和魂,承载着悠久的历史与丰富的文化内涵。本文探讨了加强东营黄河文化传承与保护的意义,从文化自信、生态保护、经济发展等角度,提出具体的措施,为实现黄河文化的传承与发展贡献思想与建议。As the root and soul of the Chinese nation,the Yellow River culture carries a long history and rich cultural connotation.This paper discusses the significance of strengthening the cultural inheritance and protection of the Dongying Yellow River,and puts forward specific measures from the perspectives of cultural self-confidence,ecological protection and economic development,so as to contribute ideas and suggestions to the realization of the inheritance and development of the Yellow River culture.
