摘 要:建立生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的全自动固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法。方法水样经椰子壳活性炭小柱-全自动固相萃取系统提取富集,二氯甲烷进行洗脱,氮吹浓缩后,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测。结果在10~1000μg/L范围内,所得回归方程呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。方法的检出限为0.006μg/L,定量下限为0.02μg/L;平均回收率为83.9%~90.2%,RSD为3.2%~6.1%。结论该方法自动化程度高、稳定且灵敏度高,对于生活饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的监测具有实际应用价值。Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace epichlorohydrin in drinking water by automatic solid phase extraction with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.Methods The drinking water samples were extracted and concentrated by coconut shell activated carbon column-automatic solid phase extraction system,eluted by dichloromethane.After nitrogen blowing and concentration,epichlorohydrin was determined by GC-MS.Results The regression equation for epichlorohydrin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10-1000μg/L,r=0.9995.The limit of detection was 0.006μg/L and the limit of quantitation was 0.02μg/L.The average recoveries were 83.9%-90.2%and RSDs were 3.2%-6.1%.Conclusion The method is highly automated,stable and sensitive,and is applicable to the monitoring of epichlorohydrin in drinking water.
