百吨级载重矿用自卸车技术路线研究

摘　　要：矿用自卸车是现代矿业生产中的主要运输工具,从现有产品布局来看,百吨级载重是宽体自卸车和刚性自卸车在不久的将来主要竞争的载重吨位。宽体自卸车以其极高的性价比赢得了租赁用户的青睐,而刚性自卸车以其高可靠性、高出勤率得到了大型矿企的普遍使用。现有市场上主流宽体自卸车产品标称载重为70~80 t,有部分主要企业正在尝试100 t级载重宽体自卸车的设计研发,但是尚未形成批量销售。反观刚性自卸车,作为传统矿业运输设备,其载重从40 t到400 t均有分布。介绍百吨级载重矿用自卸车可用的多种技术路线,为百吨级自卸车的开发提供思路。Mining dumpers area main transport tool in modern mining production,and from the view of existing product layout,100t load capacity is the main competitive load capacity between wide-body dumpers and rigid dumpers in the near future.Wide-body dumpers have won the favor of leasing users with their extremely high cost performance,while rigid dumpers have been commonly used by large mining enterprises with their high reliability and high serviceability.Mainstream wide-body dumper products in the existing market have a nominal load capacity of 70 to 80 t.Some major enterprises are trying to design and develop wide-body dumpers with a 100-t load capacity,but they have not yet formed batch sales.On the contrary,rigid dumpers,as traditional mining transport equipment,have a load capacity ranging from 40 t to 400 t.Various technical routes available for mining dumper with a 100-t load capacity are introduced to provide ideas for the development of 100 t dumpers.
