摘  要:矿用自卸车在采用普通弹簧悬架时,往往难以实现理想的行驶平顺性。油气悬架因其独特的刚度和阻尼非线性特性,在适应不同行驶条件方面表现出色,从而可提高车辆的行驶平顺性。笔者旨在通过油气悬架模型,深入研究矿用自卸车行驶平顺性问题。首先,详细介绍了油气悬架的工作原理,并建立了相应的数学模型;其次,利用Simulink软件,构建了普通弹簧悬架和油气悬架的仿真模型,并确定了仿真过程中的关键参数;最后,在此基础上,针对不同路面条件,确定了平顺性评价指标,并对D级随机路面和脉冲路面进行了匀速工况下的行驶平顺性仿真分析。研究结果表明,与普通弹簧悬架相比,油气悬架在车身加速度、悬架动挠度以及轮胎动载荷的均方根值分别下降19.6%、46.0%、20.9%,行驶平顺性评价指标均得到改善,证明了油气悬架系统在提升矿用自卸车行驶平顺性方面的有效性。When mining dump trucks used ordinary spring suspension,it was often difficult to achieve the ideal ride comfort.Due to its unique stiffness and damping nonlinear characteristics,the hydro-pneumatic suspension performed well in adapting to different driving conditions,thus improving the ride comfort of the vehicle.In this paper,the ride comfort of mining dump truck by using the hydro-pneumatic suspension model was studied.Firstly,the working principle of hydro-pneumatic suspension was introduced in detail,and the corresponding mathematical model was established.Secondly,using Simulink software,the simulation models of ordinary spring suspension and hydro-pneumatic suspension were constructed,and the key parameters in the simulation process were determined.Finally,on this basis,the ride comfort evaluation index was determined for different road conditions,and the ride comfort simulation analysis of D-class random road and pulse road under uniform speed condition was carried out.The results showed that compared with the ordinary spring suspension,the root mean square values of the body acceleration,the suspension dynamic deflection and the tire dynamic load of the hydro-pneumatic suspension were decreased by 19.6%,46.0%and 20.9%respectively,and the ride comfort evaluation index was improved,which verified the effectiveness of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system in improving the ride comfort of the mining dump truck.
