隋唐大运河永济渠豫北段(卫河)水资源问题研究

摘　　要：豫北永济渠(卫河)作为隋唐大运河线性文化遗产,现在依然具有河道走向清晰,沿线历史民俗文化丰富的特征,但是(永济渠)卫河沿线城镇的文旅赋能发展却受制于水资源的欠缺,亟需通过涵养支流水源地、防止上游过度截流等机制以及南水北调中线工程,通过原复性的治理开发,维护水资源可持续发展。As the linear cultural heritage of the Sui-tang Grand Canal,the Yongji Canal(Weihe River)in north Henan still remains its river channel,with the characteristics of rich historical folk culture.However,the development of culture-enriched tourism of the towns along the Weihe River(Yongji Canal)is restricted by the lack of water resources.In this context,the measures should be adopted including the conservation of tributary water sources,control of the excessive capture of flow in the upper reaches,supply of water from the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,etc.to support the sustainable water resources development.
