德国“双元制”视角下行动导向教学模式的探究与实践

摘　　要：行动导向教学是一种以学生行动为中心、以岗位任务为导向的教学模式。首先,对德国“双元制”职教体系及其采用的行动导向教学模式进行探究,得出行动导向教学模式的目标和基本特征。其次,以“机电一体技术”为例开展行动导向教学模式实践,对如何设计行动领域、学习领域、学习情境和如何以“六步法”为核心开展教学进行了说明。最后,梳理了行动导向教学模式开展过程中可能遇到的各种问题和挑战,并提出了应对策略。Action-oriented teaching is a student-centered teaching model which is oriented towards job tasks.Firstly,this paper explores the German"dual system"of vocational education and the action-oriented teaching model it employs,deriving the objectives and basic characteristics of the action-oriented teaching model.Secondly,taking"mechatronics technology"as an example,the paper conducts a practice of the action-oriented teaching model,explaining the method of designing action fields,learning fields,learning situations,and carrying out teaching with the"six-step method"as the core.Finally,the paper sorts out various problems and challenges that may be encountered in the process of implementing the action-oriented teaching model and proposes corresponding strategies.
