摘  要:职业启蒙教育具有多重价值意蕴,如何构建职业启蒙教育政策体系已成为我国职业教育改革发展的热点议题。基于多源流理论视角,从政策属性角度分析职业启蒙教育上升为国家行动的现实困境及提升路径。研究发现焦点事件尚在潜伏期、政策共同体协同受限以及国民情绪未达到高潮是造成我国职业启蒙教育政策之窗仍未开启的主要原因。应助推三源流高效耦合,才能加速开启职业启蒙教育“政策之窗”。Vocational enlightenment education holds multiple values,and the construction of a policy system for vocational enlightenment education has become a hot topic in the reform and development of vocational education in China.From the perspective of the multi-stream theory,this paper analyzes the practical dilemmas and pathways for promoting vocational enlightenment education to the level of national action from the perspective of policy attributes.The study finds that the main reasons why the policy window for vocational enlightenment education in China has not yet opened are that the focus events are still in the latency period,the synergy of policy communities is limited,and national sentiment has not reached a climax.It is necessary to promote the efficient coupling of the three streams to accelerate the opening of the"policy window"for vocational enlightenment education.
