摘  要:通过对6个平菇品种各级菌种的菌丝生长情况、出菇情况、子实体农艺性状、抗逆性、产量等进行综合评价,筛选出适宜临沂地区冬春季节栽培的平菇品种。结果显示抗病265与高产8129的菌丝满袋时间最短、在低温环境下出菇能力强、抗杂菌和抗病能力强、菇体韧性较好、产量和生物学效率高,综合表现最优,适宜在临沂地区冬春季节栽培,应加强示范推广。By comprehensively evaluating of strains of all levels,mycelial growth,fruiting condition,agronomic traits of fruit bodies,stress resistance,and yield of 6 different varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus,suitable P.ostreatus varieties for winter and spring cultivation in Linyi area were screened.The results showed that the mycelial full bag time of strain resistant 265 and high-yielding 8129 was the shortest,and the ability to fruiting under low temperature environment was strong,with strong resistance to weed mould and disease resistance.The fruit bodies had good toughness,high yield and biological efficiency,and the overall performance was the best.It is suitable for cultivation in winter and spring seasons in Linyi area and should be strengthened for demonstration and promotion.
