摘　　要：由于传统栽培的秀珍菇生长周期长且产量较低,品质参差不齐,现大部分转为工厂化生产。为保障工厂化秀珍菇头潮菇的产量高、品质好,对工厂化秀珍菇开展不同菌种、培养料配方及培养时间的研究,分析各处理对秀珍菇的子实体农艺性状、优质菇产量及总产量的影响,筛选适宜工厂化生产的菌种、配方及合适的培养时间。试验结果表明,最适宜工厂化生产的秀珍菇品种为金秀,培养料配方为棉籽壳15%、玉米芯15%、木屑41%、甜菜渣5%、麸皮20%、豆粕3%、石灰1%,培养时间为65 d时秀珍菇单潮产量最高,且优质菇产量高,品质好,菌柄细长便于采收,菌盖厚不易开伞。Due to the long growing period,low yield and varying quality of traditional cultivation of Pleurotus pulmonarius,most of cultivation have been turn to factory producing.In order to ensure the high yield and good quality of P.pulmonarius grown in factory,the effects of different spawns,cultivation medium formulations,incubation periods on the agronomic traits,yield of high-quality fruit body,and total yield of P.pulmonarius grown in a factory were investigated,the select suitable strains,formulations,and cultivation period for factory-based production were seleced.The results show that the most suitable variety for industrial production of P.pulmonarius is Jinshu,and the substrate formula is 15% cotton seed shell,15% corn core,41% wood chips,5% sugar beet pulp,20% wheat bran,3% soybean meal,1% lime.When the cultivation period is 65 days,the highest single crop yield of P.pulmonarius is obtained,and has the high-quality fruit body yield,the appearance is good,the stalk is thin and easy to harvest,and the cap is thick and not easy to open.
