依托“智慧党建”平台创新高校学生党员教育管理的策略研究——基于SWOT分析法

摘　　要：信息技术的飞速发展催生了“智慧党建”,这一党建工作与信息技术深度融合的创新模式,为高校学生党员的教育管理开辟了新路径。研究采用SWOT分析法,从高校学生党员教育管理的实际出发,将内部优势(S)和存在劣势(W),以及外部机遇(O)和潜在挑战(T)四个方面结合起来,结构化地、系统化地分析当前依托“智慧党建”开展高校学生党员教育管理的现状,并提出相应的策略思考,旨在充分发挥“智慧党建”平台的独特优势,推动高校学生党员教育管理的创新发展。The rapid development of information technology has accelerated"Intelligent Party Building",an innovative model with deep integration of Party building and information technology,which opens up a new path for the education and management of college student Party members.Starting from the reality of the education and management of college student Party members,this study adopts the SWOT analysis method to analyze structurally and systematically the current situation of education and management of college student Party members via"Intelligent Party Building"platform,and puts forward relevant strategies,aiming to make full use of the unique advantages of"Intelligent Party Building"platform and promote the innovative development of education and management of college student party members.
