摘  要:采用访谈、问卷调查等方法探讨高职大学生对网红职业的认知。基于调查数据与资料将现有的网红职业模式分为目标型、条件型、理性型和分享型四种类型。高职大学生对网红职业的认知倾向,包括正向认知和偏差认知。高职大学生对不同网红职业模式认同的调查结果表明:高职大学生对网红职业模式的认同存在性别差异,性别差异与正向认知、偏差认知相关。文章提出优化职业指导相关课程、提供个性化职业发展规划等对策建议,以引导高职大学生做好职业规划、提升职业能力。This paper attempts to explore the internet celebrity(IC)career cognition among higher vocational college students through interviews and questionnaires.Based on the survey data,current IC career models can be divided into goal-oriented type,conditional type,rational type and sharing type,and the students'cognition of them includes both positive and biased aspects.The study shows that there are differences of IC career cognition in terms of sex.Male students and female students have different IC career cognition in both positive and biased aspects.Finally,countermeasures such as optimizing the career development courses and providing individualized career plan are provided,in order to guide students on good career planning and improve occupational competency.
