摘　　要：文章基于"双一流"建设背景,阐释了医学院校采用EMI(English-medium Instruction)教学模式对加速医学教育国际化进程、增强学生全球竞争力及促进国际间学术对话的意义.通过综合运用宏观、中观与微观的分析框架,剖析了医学院校EMI教师发展的生态环境,进而提出构建跨学科EMI教师培训体系、建立全方位政策支持机制及强化EMI教师社群建设的建议,以期营造一个既有利于EMI教师专业成长又能促进创新能力发展的良好生态体系,为医学院校实现"双一流"建设目标提供坚实的师资保障与学术支撑.Based on the Double First-Class initiative,this paper highlights the crucial role of EMI(English-medium Instruction)in advancing medical education's internationalization,boosting students'global competitiveness,and fostering international academic dialogue.Using a macro,meso,and micro analytical framework,it explores the ecological environment of EMI teacher development in medical education.Recommendations include creating an interdisciplinary EMI teacher training system,developing comprehensive policy support,and strengthening the EMI teacher community.These suggestions are intended to foster a conducive ecosystem that promotes the professional development and innovative capabilities of EMI teachers,thereby providing robust teacher support and academic reinforcement for medical colleges in the pursuit of the"Double First-Class"construction goal.
