摘 要:综合惯性控制以其响应速度快与所需能量小等优点而广泛用于双馈风机一次调频。为充分发挥双馈风机综合惯性控制一次调频效果,提出了基于模糊控制与频率偏差的综合惯性协调控制策略。首先,利用传统固定综合惯性控制系数对双馈风机调频的影响进行分析,得出动态调整控制系数的必要性。其次,附加模糊控制器使控制系数跟随风速和频率动态调整,并根据频率的不同状态将虚拟惯性控制和下垂控制基于频率偏差的加权因子协调出力。最后,通过MATLAB/SUMILNK建立仿真模型,并在不同风速阶跃负荷扰动下验证提出策略的一次调频效果。结果表明:所提策略有效提升双馈风电机组综合惯性控制一次调频能力,提高电力系统稳定性,具有较好的经济性和良好的鲁棒性。Integrated Inertial Control(IIC)is widely used in the primary FM of doubly-fed fans for its advantages of fast response speed and small energy requirement.In order to give full play to the effect of integrated inertial control on primary FM of doubly-fed fans,an integrated inertial coordinated control strategy based on fuzzy control and frequency deviation is proposed.Firstly,the traditional fixed integrated inertia control coefficients are analyzed for their influence on the FM of doubly-fed fans,and the necessity of dynamically adjusting the control coefficients is concluded.Secondly,the additional fuzzy controller makes the control coefficients dynamically adjusted following the wind speed and frequency,and the virtual inertia control and sag control are coordinated to produce power based on the weighting factor of frequency deviation according to the different states of frequency.Finally,the simulation model is established in MATLAB/SUMILNK and the primary frequency regulation effect of the strategy proposed in this paper is verified under different wind speed step load perturbations.The results show that the strategy proposed effectively improves the integrated inertia control primary FM capability of doubly-fed wind turbine,improves the stability of the power system,and has a certain degree of economy and better robustness.
