摘  要:断奶母猪同步化繁殖调控是母猪批次化生产中的重要环节。多种因素如营养、哺乳压力和激素变化都会影响卵泡的发育和质量。烯丙孕素是断奶母猪批次化生产的关键外源激素,目前已经被普遍用于后备母猪和乏情经产母猪的同期发情。然而近些年烯丙孕素也逐渐被应用于断奶前后母猪繁殖调控。本文通过对母猪哺乳期生殖内分泌与卵泡发育及烯丙孕素在断奶母猪生产中的应用研究进展进行阐述,以期为烯丙孕素在断奶母猪批次化生产中的应用提供参考借鉴。Synchronous reproductive regulation of weaning sows is a crucial aspect in batch production of pig farming. However, several factors, including nutrition, lactation stress, and hormonal changes, could affect the development and quality of follicular. Altrenogest, a key exogenous hormone utilized in batch production, is widely used for simultaneous estrus of both gilt and anestrus multiparous sows. However, in recent years, altrenogest has been gradually applied to reproductive regulation in weaning sows. In this paper, the reproductive endocrine changes and follicular development of sows during lactation and the utilization of altrenogest in the production of weaning sows were reviewed in order to provide reference for the application of altrenogest in batch production of weaning sows.
