摘  要:为解决在役输电线路耐张线夹压接质量人工登塔检测过程中存在的高坠风险高、辐射防护困难、作业效率低等问题,提出了一种“无人机+数字射线”检测技术,设计并制作了用于多旋翼无人机搭载的专用工装,采用基于FPV(第一人称视角)飞行技术辅助挂载的方式,实现了人工检测作业的机器替代,并进行了工程应用。经验证,采用无人机作业的方式,仅15 min就可以完成一座基塔的检测作业,相对人工作业,实现了安全和效率的双重提升。To solve the problems during the inspection of strain champs with manual operation,such as high risk of falling,exposing to X-ray and low work efficiency,the method combing unmanned aerial vehicle and digital radiographic testing technology was proposed in this paper.The FPV(First Person View)flight technology to assist in testing process was proposed,achieving manual operation substitution and engineering application.The results showed that the detection of all strain champs of a tower can be finished within 15 minutes,achieving a dual improvement in safety and efficiency compared to manual operation.
