摘 要:受光伏出力波动性影响,大规模新能源并网给电网的安全、经济运行带来了挑战。以余荷波动最小为目标,考虑光伏出力不确定性,建立了水光储系统短期优化调度模型,提出了光伏出力随机场景生成和典型场景聚类方法,以及耦合动态可行收缩、对数衰减步长和动态罚函数的改进POA算法。在某多能互补基地实例应用,结果表明,改进POA比传统POA算法迭代次数减少22.9%;总余荷波动从50万kW,降低至10万kW以下;水光储互补调度源荷匹配度高达0.998。模型具备较强的跟踪负荷、平稳余荷的能力。Influenced by output uncertainty of photovoltaic,the large-scale grid integration of photovoltaic energy brings challenges to the safe and economic operation of power grids.Taking minimizing the fluctuation of residual load as objective,and considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic output,a short-term optimal scheduling model for hydro-photovoltaic-storage hybrid system is established,a stochastic scenario generation of photovoltaic output and a clustering method of typical scenarios are proposed,and an improved POA algorithm coupled with dynamic feasible contraction,logarithmic decay step and dynamic penalty function is also proposed.The application results of the proposed model in a multi-energy complementary base indicate that the number of iterations of the improved POA is reduced by 22.9%compared with the traditional POA algorithm,the total residual load fluctuation is reduced from 500 MW to less than 100 MW,and the matching degree of the source and load of the hydro-photovoltaic-storage complementary scheduling reaches 0.998.The model has a great capacity to track load and smooth residual load.
