摘 要:在服务“大食物观”的背景下,植物的多功能开发备受关注。山茶属植物具有悠久的栽培历史和较好的研究基础。基于其叶、果、花等不同器官在生物活性物质等方面的重要价值,山茶属植物在茶饮、油用、日化、医药等领域的开发和可持续利用逐渐丰富,越来越多的山茶属资源进入多功能开发的研究和应用视野。本文就山茶属植物在食用、日化和药用等领域的研究开发应用进展进行综述,以期为山茶属植物的多功能开发和可持续利用提供借鉴。Under the framework of the“all-encompassing approach to food”,the multifunctional development of plant resources has garnered increasing attention.Camellia species,with their long cultivation history and solid research foundation,hold significant potential for diverse applications.Owing to the bioactive compounds found in their leaves,fruits,flowers,and other organs,Camellia species have been increasingly utilized in sectors such as tea production,edible oil,daily chemical products,and pharmaceuticals.This review highlights recent advancements in the research and application of Camellia species across edible,cosmetic,and medicinal domains,aiming to provide insights into their multifunctional development and sustainable utilization.
