准低温储藏大米覆膜磷化氢熏蒸效果研究

摘  要:磷化氢作为常用储粮熏蒸剂,拥有显著的杀虫效果。选取深圳地区储藏大米作为试验材料,深入研究了准低温覆膜磷化氢熏蒸储粮技术在大米上的应用效果。结果表明,无论覆膜大米堆是否熏蒸,其粮温下降趋势基本相同。采用准低温覆膜熏蒸方法,水分和品尝评分值基本无变化。大米堆温度维持在19℃左右,熏蒸堆位能长时间维持高浓度状态,米堆无活虫,覆膜熏蒸可有效防治储粮害虫。熏蒸后对大米进行残留检测,结果未检出。Phosphine as a commonly used grain storage fumigant,possesses significant insecticidal effects.In this study,the stored rice in Shenzhen area was selected as the experimental material,and the effect of quasi low-temperature laminated phosphine fumigation grain storage technology on rice was studied in depth.The results showed that the trend of grain temperature decline was basically the same regardless of whether the laminated rice heap was fumigated or not.The moisture and tasting score values were basically unchanged with the quasi low-temperature overlay fumigation method.The temperature of the rice pile was maintained at about 19℃,the fumigated pile could maintain a high concentration for a long time,and there were no live insects in the rice pile,so the film fumigation could effectively control grain pests.The rice was tested for residues after fumigation and the results were not detected.
