摘  要:推进高校大型仪器共享平台培训体系建设,旨在提升科研人员对高端设备的操作技能与效率,充分发挥仪器设备的育人功能。而构建完整的平台培训体系,需要明确培训管理主体的责权划分、构建保障体系运行的基本制度、整合和规范培训管理流程、系统统筹培训相关要素资源。要提升培训体系的运行效率:(1)应做到“两结合、一集约”,即可将层级制管理与项目制管理相结合,构建矩阵式管理体系,形成上下联动、多点网状的培训格局;(2)将培训项目循环管理模式和年度工作计划相结合,既增强培训与业务工作的融合度,又可实现体系的自主优化;(3)以适应平台发展、提升效益为目标对培训所需资源进行集约化管理。Promote the construction of a training system for large-scale instrument sharing platforms in universities,aiming to enhance the operational skills and efficiency of researchers,and fully leverage the educational function of instruments and equipment.To build a complete platform training system,it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities and rights of training management entities,establish a series of institutional measures,integrate and standardize training processes,and systematically allocate training related resources.In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training system,this article analyzes that:(1)to form an interconnected and networked training pattern at all levels,the hierarchical management can be combined with project management to build a matrix management system.(2)Simultaneously combining the cycle management process of training project with the annual work plan,not only enhances the integration of training and vocational work,but also achieves independent optimization of the system.(3)Resources required for training should be managed intensively based on promoting platform development and improving efficiency.
