摘  要:随着人工智能技术的崛起,信息管理与信息系统学科凭借其与信息技术的深厚基础,正步入一个亟待变革的新时代。文章通过设计量表问卷调查,广泛收集了该专业各年级学生的数据。在数据分析阶段,严格遵循科学方法,首先验证了问卷的信效度,随后依据不同维度基于熵权法设置了合理的权重,并运用了多因素方差分析,以全面剖析影响专业发展的关键因素。研究发现,AI时代为信息管理与信息系统专业的参与者带来了前所未有的机遇,也伴随着诸多挑战,但学生们普遍展现出积极拥抱变革的态度。他们对专业知识的认知水平显著提高,对社企所需的人才技能有了更加精准的认知,尤其在学习AI知识方面表现出强烈的渴望。文章结论不仅揭示了AI技术对信息管理与信息系统专业的深远影响,也为该专业未来的发展方向与教育改革策略提供了有力的数据支持。With the rise of artificial intelligence technology,the discipline of Information Management and Information Systems(IMIS)is entering a new era in urgent need of transformation,leveraging its solid foundation in information technology.This study conducted a survey using a scale questionnaire to extensively collect data from students across different grades in the major.During the data analysis phase,strict scientific methods were adhered to,first validating the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Subsequently,reasonable weights were assigned based on different dimensions using the entropy weight method,and multi-factor variance analysis was employed to comprehensively analyze the key factors influencing the professional development.The research findings reveal that the AI era has brought unprecedented opportunities as well as numerous challenges to the participants in the IMIS major,yet students generally demonstrate a positive attitude towards embracing these changes.Their level of cognitive understanding of professional knowledge has significantly improved,and they have developed a more precise understanding of the talent skills demanded by society and enterprises,particularly expressing a strong desire to learn AI knowledge.The conclusions of this study not only uncover the profound impact of AI technology on the IMIS major but also provide robust data support for the future development directions and educational reform strategies of the major.
