摘　　要：应用特色学科内涵式发展是地方高校学科建设的必由之路。“双一流”背景下,探讨地方高校应用特色学科内涵式发展的必要性、逻辑遵循与路径选择具有重要现实意义。研究认为:地方高校应用特色学科内涵式发展,是对接国家战略、实现教育强国的内在要求,是发展区域经济、助推产业升级的客观需要,也是完善学科体系、加快成果转化的重要途径。地方高校应用特色学科内涵式发展应遵循学科逻辑、社会需求逻辑、文化逻辑,需要从优势学科建立、一流跨学科团队打造及创新人才培养模式等方面确立路径选择。The development of applied characteristic disciplines in a connotative manner is an essential path for the discipline construction of local universities.In the context of the“Double First-Class”initiative,exploring the necessity,logical progression,and pathway choices for the connotative development of applied characteristic disciplines in local universities holds significant practical importance.This paper finds that the connotative development of applied specialty disciplines in local universities is an intrinsic requirement for aligning with national strategies and achieving a strong education system.It is also an objective necessity for regional economic development and promoting industrial upgrading,as well as an important approach to improving the disciplinary system and accelerating the transformation of research outcomes.The connotative development of applied characteristic disciplines in local universities should comply with discipline logic,social demand logic,and cultural logic.And then it makes a choice of ways to strengthen tripartite cooperation and build superior disciplines;to establish discipline groups and form first-class interdisciplinary teams;to deepen the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and to cultivate innovative talents.
