摘 要:高质量的教育信息化是实现教育高质量发展的战略选择。针对如何推动农村教育信息化高质量发展,以助力农村教育高质量发展,首先分析了农村教育及其信息化高质量发展内涵,认为高质量发展是农村教育从规模扩张向内涵提升的目标转向,构建高质量数字支撑体系是信息化赋能农村教育高质量发展的战略着力点。在此基础上,以参加广东省“三区”教师全员轮训培训班的农村教师为调研对象,基于信息生态系统四大要素对高质量支撑体系构建诉求下的农村教育信息化发展现状进行调研,发现生态要素供需结构性失衡是当前农村教育信息化主要问题。据此提出面向高质量支撑体系的农村教育信息化高质量发展内容框架与路径创新,认为高质量的农村教育信息化要秉持生态化理念,发展内容上以促进农村学生全面发展为目标、以优化生态要素供给为重心,发展路径上要重塑乡村特色的价值取向、重构关系正义论主张下的内在公平理念、重建数据驱动的发展机制。High quality educational informatization is a strategic choice to achieve high-quality development of education.Regarding the issue of how to promote the high-quality development of rural education informatization to assist the high-quality development of rural education,this paper first analyzes the connotation of rural education and its high-quality development of informatization.It is believed that high-quality development is the goal shift of rural education from scale expansion to connotation enhancement,and the construction of a high-quality digital support system is the strategic focus of empowering the high-quality development of rural education with informatization.On this basis,rural teachers who participated in the“Three Districts”teacher rotation training class in Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects.From four major elements of the information ecosystem,the current development status of rural education informatization under the demand for high-quality support system construction was investigated.It was found that the structural imbalance between the supply and demand of ecological elements is the main problem facing rural education informatization at present.Based on this,a framework and innovative path for the high-quality development of rural education informatization oriented towards a high-quality support system are proposed.It is believed that high-quality rural education informatization should adhere to the ecological concept,with the goal of promoting the comprehensive development of rural students and optimizing the supply of ecological factors as the focus.The development path should reshape the value orientation of rural characteristics,reconstruct the internal fairness concept under the proposition of relational justice and rebuild data-driven development mechanisms.
