摘 要:面向地方需求培养高素质人才是地方高校的核心职能,校城融合是地方高校打破“脱离地方、远离行业”痼疾的关键路径。数字化为人才培养的校城融合提供了新的机遇。首先提出数字化助力地方高校人才培养校城融合的核心要素、变革趋势与基本原则,然后通过对5所地方高校的管理人员开展深度访谈,分析数字化助力校城融合的现实困境,即数字化理念规划同质化倾向严重、数字化组织制度难以保障多元参与、人员技术未能实现共建共用、数据资源尚未充分流通应用、专业课程难以适应区域动态发展需求、教学实习实训数字化创新缓滞等。在此基础上,提出数字化助力校城融合的推进策略,即充分发挥数字化突破时空界限的作用,实现高校与城市其他主体的协同共商、开放共治、集中共建、联结共享、动态共适、交互共融,构建人才培养校城融合的“大生态”。Cultivating high-quality talent to meet local needs is the core function of local universities.The integration of university and city is the key path for local universities to break away from the chronic illness of being detached from the local area and industry.Digitalization provides new opportunities for the integration of university and city for talent cultivation.This study proposes the core elements,trends and basic principles of digitalization to help local universities integrate talent cultivation with the city.It also analyzes the practical difficulties of digital integration through in-depth interviews with managers from five local universities,namely,the serious tendency of homogenization in digital concept planning,the difficulty of ensuring diverse participation in digital organizational systems,the failure to achieve joint construction and sharing of personnel and technology,the insufficient circulation and application of data resources,the difficulty of adapting professional courses to the needs of dynamic regional development,and the sluggish digital innovation in teaching practice and training.On this basis,this study proposes a strategy to promote the integration of universities and cities through digitalization,that is,to give full play to the role of digitalization in breaking through the boundaries of time and space,and to achieve collaborative discussion,open governance,joint construction,connection and sharing,dynamic adaptation,and interactive integration between universities and other entities in the city,so as to build a“big ecology”of talent cultivation integrating universities and cities.
