摘 要:随着职业教育的发展,产教融合成为实训基地建设的重要方向。本文从新职教法视域出发,以渤海船舶职业学院建筑钢结构工程技术专业为个案,分析了产教融合型实训基地建设的现状以及新职教法对产教融合型实训基地建设的影响,并从校企合作机制构建、实训基地共建共享、“双师型”队伍建设、实践教学体系创新、校企文化融合培育、社会服务能力提升以及构建产教共建共管教育质量评价体系等方面,探讨了产教融合型实训基地建设的实践路径和成效。结果表明,产教融合型实训基地建设能有效促进教育与产业的深度融合,提高人才培养质量。With the development of vocational education,the integration of industry and education has become an important direction in the construction of practical training bases.From the perspective of the new vocational education law,this paper analyzes the current situation of constructing the industry-education integrated training bases and the influence of the new vocational education law on the construction of the training bases by taking the building steel structure engineering technology major of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as a case.From the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism construction,training base co-construction and sharing,dual-teacher team construction,practical teaching system innovation,school-enterprise culture integration cultivation,social service ability improvement and the establishment of education quality evaluation system,the paper discusses the practice path and effectiveness of the construction of industry-education integration training bases.The results show that the construction of training bases can effectively promote the deep integration of education and industry and improve the quality of talent training.
