摘　　要：廉洁文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。加强新时代廉洁文化建设,积极宣传廉洁理念、廉洁典型,营造崇廉拒腐的良好风尚,教育引导广大党员、干部增强不想腐的自觉。在高校开展廉洁文化建设,将廉洁融入学校办学治校、立德树人各方面全过程,是推进党的自我革命、推动学校高质量发展、涵养高校风清气正政治生态的内在需要。该文采用文献研究和实践调研等方法,分析了新时代高校廉洁文化建设存在的问题,并从加强顶层设计、注重校内外协同、打造全方位宣教平台、创新教育形式、推进廉洁文化融入人才培养全过程、完善监督检查等方面探究新时代高校廉洁文化建设的实现路径,为新时代高校廉洁文化建设提供参考。The culture of integrity is an important component of excellent traditional Chinese culture.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to strengthen the construction of a clean culture in the new era,actively promote the concept of integrity and exemplary integrity,create a good atmosphere of upholding integrity and rejecting corruption,and educate and guide party members and cadres to enhance their consciousness of not wanting corruption.Carrying out the construction of a culture of integrity in universities,integrating integrity into the entire process of school management and moral education,is an inherent need to promote the Party's self revolution,promote high-quality development of schools,and cultivate a clean and upright political ecology in universities.This article uses methods such as literature research and practical investigation to identify the problems in the construction of a clean culture in universities in the new era.By systematically sorting out the construction of a clean culture in universities,the article explores the implementation path of the construction of a clean culture in universities in the new era from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,focusing on internal and external collaboration,creating a comprehensive education platform,innovating educational forms,promoting the integration of clean culture into the entire process of talent cultivation,and improving supervision and inspection,providing reference for the construction of a clean culture in universities in the new era.
