摘　　要：该文深度剖析了高校龙狮运动在文化自信与体育精神双重维度下的内涵、作用及发展策略。文章首先阐述了龙狮运动的历史渊源与文化寓意,以及文化自信与体育精神在当代社会的价值;其次,从文化自信的角度,分析了高校龙狮运动的文化承载与传递功能,以及它对学生文化自信的提升作用;再次,从体育精神的角度,探讨了高校龙狮运动对体育精神的彰显与培育,以及它在促进学生全面发展方面的路径;最后,文章提出了文化自信与体育精神双重维度下的高校龙狮运动发展策略,包括深化文化教育、精进技能训练、探索融合模式及强化师资团队等,以期为高校龙狮运动的传承与发展提供理论参考。This paper deeply analyzes the connotation,function and development strategy of university dragon and lion sports under the dual dimensions of cultural confidence and sports spirit.The paper first expounds the historical origin and cultural implication of the dragon and lion movement,as well as the value of cultural confidence and sports spirit in the contemporary society.Then,from the perspective of cultural confidence,this paper analyzes the cultural bearing and transmission function of the dragon and lion movement in universities,as well as its role in improving students'cultural confidence.At the same time,from the perspective of sports spirit,this paper discusses the manifestation and cultivation of sports spirit,and its path in promoting the overall development of students.Finally,the paper puts forward the development strategy of dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities under the dual dimensions of cultural confidence and sports spirit,including deepening cultural education,improving skills training,exploring the integration mode and strengthening the teacher team,in order to provide theoretical reference for the inheritance and development of dragon and lion movement in colleges and universities.
