互联网健康信息对医患信任的影响研究——基于信息感知中介效应的分析

摘　　要：基于全国4个地区居民的抽样调查数据,借助结构方程模型,构建互联网健康信息影响医患信任模型,剖析互联网健康信息与医患信任之间的影响关系及其影响路径,结果表明:在信息化医疗时代,日常保健信息与专业诊疗信息均会直接正向影响患者的信息感知,并促进医患信任的建立,但相较于日常保健信息,专业诊疗信息在这一影响路径上的表现更加显著;患者的信息感知对医患信任也具有正向的直接影响,且在互联网健康信息与医患信任关系中发挥中介效应。基于此,建议加强互联网健康信息质量监管,设立专业健康信息推荐资源清单,提升医生对互联网健康信息的关注度,以促进和谐医患关系的建立及医疗服务质量的提升。Based on the sample survey data of residents in four regions of China,this paper constructs a model of the impact of Internet health information on doctor-patient trust with structural equation model,and analyzes the relationship between Internet health information and patients'trust in physicians and its influence path.The results show that in the era of informationized medicine care,both daily health information and professional diagnosis and treatment information can directly and positively affect patients'information perception and promote the establishment of patients'trust in physicians,but professional diagnosis and treatment information is more significant in this impact path compared with daily health information.Patients'information perception also has a direct positive impact on patients'trust in physicians,and plays a mediating effect in the relationship between Internet health information and patients'trust in physicians.Based on this,it is recommended to strengthen the regulation of Internet health information quality,form a list of recommended resources for professional health information,and enhance doctors'attention to Internet health information,so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,as well as improve the quality of medical services.
