摘　　要：高职院校学生体育素养的培育是提升大学生综合素质的关键途径。体育素养的培育不仅有助于学生体育技能和体育知识的获取,还能促进学生体育意识、体育行为及体育个性的形成,同时有效弘扬优秀体育品德并提升体质健康水平。针对高职院校学生体育素养培育过程中面临的困境,提出以下建议:强化对高职院校学生的养成教育,提升学生体育知识、行为水准;打造高素养体育教师队伍,培养拔尖创新人才;提升高职院校学生体育赛事欣赏的能力;共同携手营造浓厚的日常体育锻炼氛围;完善学校体育资源建设,提升体育场馆、设施的科技化。The cultivation of physical literacy among vocational college students is a key way to improve their comprehensive quality.The cultivation of sports literacy not only contributes to the students'acquisition of sports skills and knowledge,but also promotes the formation of students'sports consciousness,sports behavior and sports personality,while effectively promoting excellent sports ethnics and improving physical health.In view of the difficulties faced by vocational college students inthe process of cultivating their physical literacy,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:Strengthen the formative education of vocational college students and improve their physical education knowledge and behavior level;Build a team of high-quality physical education teachers and cultivate top-notch innovative talents;Enhance the ability of vocational college students to appreciate sports events;Work together to create a strong atmosphere of daily physical exercise;Improve the construction of school sports resources and enhance the technological advancement of sports venues and facilities.
