摘 要:教育乃国之大计、党之大计。积极响应国家号召,创新育人模式,探索育人新路径,实现不同阶段教育的有效联动是完善教育体系的重要举措。基于该背景,本文思考了初等教育当前存在的痛点,提出了以“高校—小学”为合作主体、小学课后服务为实践途径的协同育人创新模式,分析了该合作模式的可行性和优势,及该模式在实践中存在的问题和挑战,并提出了针对该模式的进一步设想和建议,以期为未来的“高校—小学”协同建设提供参考。Education is essential both to the country and the Party.It is,as an answer to the call of the country,an important measure to improve the education system via innovating the education model,exploring the new path of education,and realizing the effective linkage between different stages of education.Under such background,for solving the problems of after-school service in primary school,this paper proposes an innovative model of collaborative education,with universities and primary schools as the main body of cooperation and after-school service in primary school as the approach of practise.After analyzing the feasibility and advantages of this model,this paper points out the problems and challenges existing in the practice and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of this model as well,so as to provide reference for the future collaborative construction between universities and primary schools.
