摘　　要：抗菌和抑菌产品越来越受到市场的关注和青睐,抗菌和抑菌效果评估需要应用合适的方法。在欧洲、美国、中国等各地均有抗菌和抑菌效果评估方法的相关标准,分别在适用产品种类、效果宣称、试验菌种、试验条件和判断标准上有相同和不同之处。同时,在实际评估过程中可根据产品的种类、属性和用途选择筛选测试、定量悬液测试、模拟测试和现场测试来满足不同区域的产品宣称效果。研究通过比较各国抗菌抑菌产品效果评估方法的相关标准,概括了抗菌抑菌产品效果评估实验室方法的基本应用要求。Antibacterial and bacteriostasis products are gaining more and more attention and favor in the market,and appropriate methods need to be applied to the efficacy evaluation.There are standards for antibacterial and bacteriostasis effect evaluation methods in Europe,the United States,China and other countries,which have similarities and differences in applicable product types,efficacy claims,test strains,test conditions and judgment criteria.At the same time,in the actual evaluation process,screening tests,simulation tests and field tests are selected according to the types,properties and uses of the products to meet the product claims in different regions.This study summarizes the basic application requirements of laboratory methods for evaluating the effects of antibacterial and antibacterial products by comparing the relevant standards of antibacterial and antibacterial product effects in various countries.
