摘 要:气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)是环境中痕量有机污染物分析检测的重要技术之一,在环境监测和科研中应用广泛。针对环境及相关专业的仪器分析实验教学,设计了“气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法分析16种多环芳烃”的实验。实验中对气相色谱及质谱的各个参数进行了优化,分析和讨论了参数变化对化合物响应、色谱峰分离和精密度的影响。在教学过程中引入了比较式、多媒体等教学手段,对内容进行了模块化整合,保证了教学实践的可操作性,达到了良好的教学效果。该实验知识点全面、综合性强,有利于提高学生的分析实践能力和科研素养。Gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)is widely used in environmental monitoring and scientific research.It is also one of the important technologies for the analysis and detection of trace organic pollutants in the environment.In this paper,the experiment“Analysis of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by gas chromatography triple quadrupole tan-dem mass spectrometry”was designed for the experimental teaching of instrument analysis for environ-mental and related majors.In the experiment,the parameters of gas chromatography and mass spectrom-etry were optimized,and the effects of parameter changes on compound response,chromatographic peak separation and precision were discussed.The comparative method,multimedia and other teaching meth-ods are applied in the teaching.The teaching content was modularized and integrated to ensure the oper-ability of teaching practice and good teaching results.The knowledge units are comprehensive,which is conducive to improving studentsanalytical and practical ability and scientific research attainment.
