摘  要:乳腺癌治疗面临的最大挑战是转移和耐药,乳腺癌转移增加患者死亡风险并降低生存质量。目前乳腺癌的转移机制尚未完全明确,转移的多步骤过程即转移级联,是由肿瘤细胞的内在特性和肿瘤微环境共同决定的。在驱动乳腺癌转移的因素中,炎症反应的作用逐渐受到重视。由免疫细胞、细胞因子、趋化因子和生长因子组成的炎症环境对癌细胞的侵袭和转移有重要影响。通过研究炎症反应与肿瘤细胞及肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用,有望发现预防和治疗乳腺癌转移的药物靶点。本文就炎症反应在乳腺癌转移肿瘤微环境中的作用进行综述。The biggest challenge of breast cancer treatment is metastasis and drug resistance.Breast cancer metastasis increases mortality and decreases the life quality of patients.At present,the mechanism of breast cancer metastasis is not completely understood,and the multi-step process of metastasis,namely metastasis cascade,is determined by the internal characteristics of tumor cells and tumor microenvironment.Among the factors driving breast cancer metastasis,the role of inflammatory reaction has gradually attracted attention.The inflammatory environment composed of immune cells,cytokines,chemokines,and growth factors has an important impact on the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.By studying the interaction between inflammatory reaction,tumor cells and tumor microenvironment,it is expected to discover drug targets for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer metastasis.This article reviews the role of inflammation in the tumor microenvironment of breast cancer metastasis.
