摘  要:针对双层底纵骨间距对船体结构重量影响较大的问题,以82000 t散货船3舱为研究对象,提出了在总体布置不变的前提下,通过优化双层底纵骨间距的方法实现减轻船体结构重量的方案。该方案利用描述性分析和舱段有限元分析对其进行计算和验证,确认优化后的双层底纵骨间距为790 mm和782 mm的组合方案使整个双层底结构重量最轻,比原结构重量减轻了2.081 t。In response to the issues of uneven air distribution and poor ventilation in the engine room ducts of an 82,500-ton bulk cargo ship,CFD numerical simulation technology is applied to conduct a simulation study on the internal airflow distribution of each duct in the engine room.The airflow in each duct is simulated,and the simulated airflow at each air outlet is compared with the design airflow to propose improvement suggestions.The results show that a reasonable duct layout plan significantly impacts the reasonable distribution of aiflow,which is of great significance for the reasonable distribution of airflow in the ships engine room ducts,improving ventilation dead zones,and reducing design redundancy.
