摘　　要：“大思政课”与高校舆论引导工作是思想政治工作的重要组成部分,都强调习近平文化思想的引领力,目标一致,具有鲜明的意识形态特征。中国共产党领导思想文化工作的成就与经验,为“大思政课”建设与高校舆论引导工作提供了思路与方法。推进社会主义核心价值观培育、社会主义意识形态建设、社会主义文化强国建设等,为“大思政课”背景下高校舆论引导工作提供了价值旨向。在此背景下,高校舆论引导工作需要解决好主流思想“由谁来领导”“由谁来说”“说什么”“在哪说”以及“怎么说”等问题,需要坚持党的全面领导、推进青年学生文化自信自强、强化平台建设,着力引导青年学生舆论正向发展。The“Great Ideological and Political Curriculum”and public opinion guidance in colleges and universities are both important components of ideological and political work.They both emphasize the leading power of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture,and have consistent goals and distinct ideological attributes.The achievements and experience of the Communist Party of China in leading ideological and cultural work can provide ideas and methods for the construction of the“Great Ideological and Political Curriculum”and the work of public opinion guidance in colleges and universities.Promoting the cultivation of socialist core values,the construction of socialist ideology,and the building of a culturally strong socialist country has provided a value orientation for the development of public opinion guidance work in the context of the“Great Ideological and Political Curriculum”.In this context,issues such as“who leads”,“who says”,“what to say”,“where to say it”,and“how to say it”need to be resolved.Efforts should be made to adhere to the leadership of the Party,enhance the cultural confidence and self-improvement of young people,strengthen platform construction,and strive to guide the positive development of public opinion among young students.
