摘　　要：在全球化背景下,地方应用型大学引进外国人才对于学校发展和学科建设至关重要。但是,在引进外国人才的过程中,地方应用型大学面临招聘计划与需求不匹配、管理体系不完善、对引才工作效益重视不够等问题。针对这些问题,提出了具体的对策和建议,包括重视招聘环节、强化管理与服务双重保障、关注引智效益等方面,旨在为地方应用型大学引进外国人才提供更为深入的理论支持和实践指导。In the context of globalization,the introduction of foreign talents is crucial important to the development and disciplinary construction of local application-oriented universities.However,in the process of recruiting foreign talents,local application-oriented universities are confronted with problems such as the absence and mismatch of recruitment plans,the inadequacy of the management system and service links,and insufficient attention to the effectiveness of talent introduction work.In response to these issues,specific countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward,including attaching importance to the recruitment process,strengthening the dual guarantees of management and service,and focusing on the benefits of talent introduction.The aim is to provide more in-depth theoretical support and practical guidance for local application-oriented universities in introducing foreign talents.
