摘　　要：我国传统法学教育以高校开设的法学专业为代表,对跨学科人才的需求关注不足。在传统法学教育同质化严重、复合型人才需求及知识产权政策支持等背景下,理工院校法学教育亟须转型。理工院校可结合自身理工科资源,明确培养目标和优势,通过构建复合课程体系、创新实践教学模式、强化校企合作及实行等辅助措施,探索差异化知识产权职业人才培养,走特色法学教育之路。Under the background of severe homogenization in traditional legal education,the demand for compound talents,and the support from intellectual property policies,it is necessary for science and engineer-ing colleges to transform their legal education.Poiytechnic universities can employ their own science and technology resources to clarify the training objectives and advantages.By constructing a composite curricu-lum system,innovating practical teaching modes,strengthening university-enterprise cooperation,and imple-menting auxiliary measures,this study explores the cultivation of differentiated cultivation of intellectual prop-erty professionals,and take the path of characteristic legal education.
