摘 要:为了了解日粮中添加不同水平胆汁酸对肉鸡免疫、抗氧化和血清生化指标的影响,试验将375只1日龄健康的Cobb 500公雏鸡随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复15只。1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;2~5组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加30,60,90,120 mg/kg胆汁酸。试验分1~21 d、22~42 d两个阶段,每个阶段末检测肉鸡的免疫、抗氧化和血清生化指标。结果表明:与1组相比,2~5组脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、肝脏指数及血清新城疫抗体效价均无显著变化(P>0.05);第21天,3~5组血清MDA浓度显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);第42天,2~5组血清MDA浓度显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),4组GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05);第21天,3~5组血清三酰甘油浓度显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明在日粮中添加90 mg/kg胆汁酸可明显提高肉鸡抗氧化功能,并能显著降低血清三酰甘油浓度。To investigate the effects of adding different levels of bile acid in diets on immune,antioxidant and serum biochemical indexes of broilers,three hundred and seventy-five 1 day-old healthy Cobb male broilers were randomly divided into five groups with five replicates in each group and 15 chickens in per replicate.Group 1 was the control group,which fed with basal diet;groups 2 to 5 were the experimental groups,and the basal diet was supplemented with 30,60,90,120 mg/kg bile acids,respectively.The experimental period was divided into two phases of 1-21 d and 22-42 d.The immune,antioxidant and serum biochemical indexes of broilers were detected at the end of each stage.The results showed that compared with group 1,the spleen index,bursa of fabricius index,liver index and serum Newcastle disease antibaly titer of broilers in groups 2-5 were not significantly changed(P>0.05);on the 21th day,serum MDA concentration in groups 3-5 was significantly or extremely significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),however,on the 42th day,serum MDA concentration in groups 2-5 was significantly or extremely significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the activity of GSH-Px in group 4 was significantly increased(P<0.05);on the 21th day,the serum triacylglycerol concentration in groups 3-5 was significantly or extremly significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results indicated that dietary supplementation of 90 mg/kg bile acid could significantly improve the antioxidant function and decrease the serum triglyceride concentration of broilers.
