摘　　要：本文通过对金属家具表面防护用水性涂料的关键技术进行了研究,采用引入含小分子环氧基团单体,制备出金属家具表面防护用分散体作为成膜物,通过对金属家具表面防护用颜料、助剂和助溶剂的选择性研究,确定了最佳工艺条件为:水性分散体用量为56%、水性润湿剂用量为0.25%、水性消泡剂用量0.25%、水性流平剂为0.5%。本产品VOC<18%,水性环保、高防护耐用、施工方便等显著特点,无论是性能特征还是现场操作性,对金属家具表面防护用涂料行业的水性化发展都具有深远意义。In this paper,the key technologies of water-based coatings for surface protection of metal furniture were studied.Dispersions for surface protection of metal furniture were prepared as film forming materials by introducing monomers containing small molecule epoxy groups.Through selective study of pigments,additives and co-solvents for surface protection of metal furniture,the optimal process conditions were determined as follows:the amount of dispersions was 56%,The amount of wetting agent is 0.25%,the amount of defoaming agent is 0.25%,and the leveling agent is 0.5%.This product VOC<18%,water-based environmental protection,corrosion resistance,easy construction and other significant features,whether it is performance characteristics or field operation,the metal furniture surface protection coating industry waterborne development has far-reaching significance.
