摘　　要：中国共产党形象国际传播的动力,是一个涵盖政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力、国家代表力、政府公信力、社会驱动力、人才凝聚力、制度约束力和科技辅助力等多重要素的系统工程,这些要素整体上可划分为主导型、参与型和保障型三大动力类型。这些动力类型的协调运转,主要通过外力汇聚输入型、动力整合输出型以及动力输出反馈型三种模式驱动。外力汇聚输入型驱动模式,是在中国共产党形象国际传播系统外部汇聚输入的各类动力要素所形成的一种驱动模式,主要包括参与型动力和保障型动力。动力整合输出型驱动模式,是在中国共产党形象国际传播系统中对各种动力要素进行处理和转化的一种驱动模式,主要包括内生动力协同、外生动力吸收、内外动力整合输出三个方面。动力输出反馈型驱动模式,是在中国共产党形象国际传播系统的动力输出环节对动力系统进行科学评估以促进系统灵活运作的一种驱动模式,主要包括动力输出过程和结果的反馈。基于此,推动中国共产党形象国际传播系统的整合优化,既要在动力输入层面设置“红绿灯”和化阻力为动力,也要在动力输出层面注重系统方法嵌入和动力衔接转化,还要在动力输出反馈层面做好信息反馈和考核评估,进而全面提升中国共产党形象国际传播效能。The driving force of the international dissemination of the image of the Communist Party of China is a systematic project covering multiple elements.They are political leadership,ideological leadership,mass organization,social appeal,national representation,government credibility,social driving force,talent cohesion,system binding force and scientific and technological assistance.These elements can be divided into three driving forces on the whole:leading,participating and guaranteeing.The coordinated operation of these power types is mainly driven by three modes:external force convergence input type,power integration output type and power output feedback type.The external force converging and input driving mode is a driving mode formed by converging and input various driving factors outside the international communication system of the image of the Communist Party of China.It mainly includes the participation driving force and the guarantee driving force.The driving mode of power integration and output is a driving mode that processes and transforms various power elements in the international communication system of the image of the Communist Party of China.They mainly includes three aspects:endogenous power coordination,exogenous power absorption and internal and external power integration and output.The power output feedback driving mode is a driving mode that scientifically evaluates the power system in the power output link of the international communication system of the image of the Communist Party of China to promote the flexible operation of the system,Based on this,to promote the integration and optimization of the international communication system of the image of the Communist Party of China,it is necessary to set up“traffic lights”and turn resistance into power at the power input level.Besides,we should pay attention to the embedment of system methods and the integration and transformation of power at the power output level.Last but not least do a good job of information feedback and assessment a
