摘　　要：文章旨在探讨金融工程如何助力皮革产业的绿色转型,以A企业为案例,深入分析了企业在环保技术升级和绿色融资工具使用中的实践经验。文章对全球皮革产业现状及A企业的产业情况进行了分析,论述了绿色转型的必要性,特别是在环境保护和政策导向下的迫切需求。详细阐述了金融工程工具如绿色债券、碳交易等在A企业绿色转型中的应用。通过实证分析,总结出金融工具在推动环保项目中的作用和绿色转型的成效,并为企业及行业提出了切实可行的建议。This study examines how financial engineering can facilitate the green transformation of the leather industry.Using company A as a case study,it offers a detailed analysis of the company's practical experiences in upgrading environmental technologies and utilizing green financing tools.The study analyzes the current global state of the leather industry and the specific situation of company A,discussing the necessity of green transformation,particularly in the context of environmental protection and policy-driven imperatives.It elaborates on the application of financial engineering tools,such as green bonds and carbon trading,in the green transition of company A.Through empirical analysis,it highlights the role of financial instruments in promoting environmental protection projects and assesses the effectiveness of the green transformation,offering practical and feasible recommendations for both the company and the industry.
