摘  要:酸洗-冷连轧联合机组是在全连续(无头轧制)冷轧机的基础上开发的,它是将酸洗机组和冷连轧机联合在一起的一种连续冷轧生产机组,自动化程度高、轧机速度快、能耗低,是冷轧带钢主流生产线。飞剪是酸连轧机组连续生产不可缺少的重要设备,飞剪剪切时需要夹送辊夹持送带并给五机架产生微张力,确保轧机不停机连续轧制,起举足轻重的作用。生产过程中,工艺人员发现夹送辊投入时会产生带钢划伤,导致产品降级。为了查找划伤原因,从传动控制、辊系圆度偏心、万向联轴器、减速机故障等多方面进行细致的分析排查。The pickling-cold continuous rolling unit is developed based on a fully-continuous(endless rolling)cold rolling mill,which is a continuous cold rolling production unit that combines the pickling unit and the cold rolling mill with a high degree of automation,high rolling speed and low energy consumption,and it is the mainstream production line of cold-rolling strip steel.A flying shear is indispensable and important equipment for the continuous production of the pickling line-tandem cold mill,and when the flying shear is shearing,the pinck roller is required to clamp the belt and generate micro-tension on five stands to ensure that the rolling mill does not stop and continuously rolls,playing a crucial role.In the production process,the process personnel found that there were scratches on strip steel when the pinch roller was put into operation,leading to the degradation of products.In order to identify the cause of scratches,detailed analysis and investigations are conducted from various aspects such as transmission control,the eccentricity of the roundness of the roller system,the universal coupling and reducer faults.
