摘  要:深入剖析了电机运行中常见的问题,如轴承磨损、剥落、卡死,会直接影响到电机的旋转精度和寿命,揭示了这些问题对电机性能及系统安全的潜在威胁。针对电机检修现状,尤其是检修流程不规范、技术手段落后、故障诊断不准确等问题进行了详尽的讨论,揭示了现有检修体系的局限性。基于以上分析,根据电机轴承的检修案例,提出了电机运行与检修改进措施。包括引入先进的故障预测技术,如基于大数据的智能诊断系统,以提高故障识别的及时性和准确性;优化检修流程,强调预防性维护,降低突发故障率;同时,提倡技术升级,引入高效、环保的检修工具和材料,提升检修效率和环保性能。The author deeply analyzes the common problems in motor operation,such as bearing wear,peeling,and jamming,which directly affect the rotation accuracy and lifespan of the motor,revealing the potential threats these problems pose to motor performance and system safety.A detailed discussion was conducted on the current status of motor maintenance,especially the non-standard maintenance process,outdated technical means,and inaccurate fault diagnosis,revealing the limitations of the existing maintenance system.Based on the above analysis and maintenance cases of motor bearings,improvement measures for motor operation and maintenance are proposed.Including the introduction of advanced fault prediction technologies,such as intelligent diagnostic systems based on big data,to improve the timeliness and accuracy of fault identification;Optimize the maintenance process,emphasize preventive maintenance,and reduce the rate of sudden failures;At the same time,promote technological upgrades,introduce efficient and environmentally friendly maintenance tools and materials,and improve maintenance efficiency and environmental performance.
